- How did the comic get started?
I began reading webcomics when I was a sophomore in high school; after discussing the lack of comics with a crew friend, KK, we decided we needed to fix that. So, we got to work. The comics were originally posted on a livejournal account (which has since been deleted), due to combined ineptitude concerning free webcomic hosts. After a while, KK stopped writing scripts, but I continued on my own.
- Why is it called "Go Back to House Crew?
During my high school years, the regular crew (lights, sound, construction, etc.) always found the house crew to be a bit of a joke. On some occasions, these crew members would switch over to another crew. Go back to house crew became a bit of an insult, used when someone was being an idiot -- this was soon used even if the crew member had not originally been on house crew.
- Did [insert comic here] really happen?
The vast majority of the comics here are based on real life. I use my artistic liberties plenty, usually the story you get is not quite what actually occurred, but 90% of my comics are based on something that actually happened.
